2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Who May Register

To open an account at PirateSpins, you must meet the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of our services:

3.1 Deposits

To qualify for any deposit-related bonus, unless otherwise stated in the relevant section of our site, the following minimum deposits apply:

3.2 Withdrawals

We process withdrawal requests subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal per transaction: $100.
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: $5,000.
• A player may have multiple pending withdrawals totalling up to $5,000 at a time; this limit resets as each withdrawal is paid.
• A maximum of $10,000 is processed every 10 business days.
• There is no overall cap on the total amount a player may withdraw.

Withdrawals carry a pending period of up to 48 hours. Any withdrawal may be subject to an internal audit at any point. For amounts equal to or exceeding $5,000, this audit may take up to 7 business days, during which transaction records, gameplay history, and logs are reviewed. We reserve the right to reject any withdrawal and void associated bonus funds if a player is found to be engaging in unlawful activity, collusion, or any other behaviour intended to defraud or cheat our platform.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

At PirateSpins, we offer a generous Welcome Package consisting of bonuses across your first three deposits, plus Free Spins and a spin on our Wheel of Luck. Our total welcome offer amounts to £2,000 in bonuses and 200 Free Spins. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules.

4.1 General Bonus Rules

• Wagering requirements must be completed within 7 days of a bonus being credited. Failure to do so results in the bonus and all associated winnings being cancelled and removed.
• Maximum bet with an active bonus: under 20% of the active bonus value, not exceeding 8 EUR/USD/AUD/CAD/NZD, 32 PLN, 80 SEK, or 80 NOK. VIP players may bet under 30% of the active bonus value, not exceeding 15 EUR/USD/AUD/CAD/NZD, 60 PLN, 150 SEK, or 150 NOK.
• Winnings from free bonuses or free spins are capped at €/$/£100 (VIP players: 10x the bonus amount, up to €/$/£5,000).
• Cashback bonus winnings are capped at 15x the initial cashback granted, or €/$/£10,000, whichever is lower.
• Winnings from converted loyalty-point bonuses are capped at 10x the converted bonus amount, or €/$/£5,000 (VIP players: up to €/$/£10,000).
• Any unused winnings are voided after 30 days.

4.2 Wheel of Luck

We issue one free Wheel of Luck spin 2 hours after each qualifying deposit. Making a new deposit while the timer is active deducts 1 hour from the countdown. Possible Wheel outcomes include a Jackpot (paid directly to the cash balance with no wagering requirement), Deposit Bonus (35x wagering), Free Spins (50x wagering), Bonus (50x wagering), Loyalty Points, Spin Again, and a blank segment ("Fizzer"). We reserve the right to void erroneous Wheel of Luck winnings. The Wheel of Luck Terms and Conditions are additional to these General Terms and our Bonus Terms.
